  1. Very well done Jen! As you know, I was part of the discussion you mentioned. I am pleased to hear you put this information together in your podcast. As a fibro doctor, I ask the emotional question of my patients as it helps to determine a possible therapeutical focal point. I recommended your site to my patients as it is wonderfully done.

Excellent job Jen!! I enjoyed a magnificent salad today, I just had to share about it! It had lots of mixed fresh greens, herbs, grilled organic chicken, walnuts, cranberries, feta cheese, tomatoes, carrots, and a yummy low fat Cesare dressing! Delicious!

Also, where our mind/body/spirit connection is concerned, I find that I have to really release my “feelings” of how I “hurt” so for others, to My Lord. If I do not, then as you said, I feel the pain, and usually more of my pain than theirs! :)

Thanks again! I so enjoyed the podcast!

I was on a raw food diet for several months and noticed a huge improvement in how much pain I was in. Then I got really busy and didnt have the time to put into making the good stuff, now Im in pain again. Time to make the time to get healthy again….

I follow a 4 day Rotation Diet that keeps food families separated by the 4 days in order to keep my food sensitivities at bay. After a month, I felt less pain, more energy and I lost weight. I left out the families that I react to and use un- or minimally processed food– un – meaning also
uncooked. It’s not easy to follow when you cook for your family or go out to eat but it is available by just doing minimal research on the ‘net and personalizing it to your own specs.

  5. I usually am so exhausted after work that it seems all I can do is crash. Then usually I am still not rested and details for dinner are left up to what ever is in the house. Usually its not what I need. I live alone. If I can’t do it then it goes undone.I would just like to make it to the store. lol
