My name is Marguerite O Donoghue and about 3 years ago I got a name for what I have its called Fibromyalgia. I am 29 years old and live with my partner called hugh and my small doggie called Miss Tibbles, this is my small family and they are my strength.We live in a small cottage where everything is ground floor. It’s small so easy to keep clean. Any how a bit about me I was a happy, bubbly, loved playing sport, and loved water sports. I was mad for going out to the pubs and was always up for a laugh but things started to change about 5 years ago maybe longer.I started feeling like CRAP no energy aching pain you all know eventually a great GP in Scotland told me I had fibromyalgia and thats were it started. I have had to give up work my sleep is bad the pain can be worse. I have skin problems etc etc so I am currently fighting for my disability. My paintings started at night when I couldn’t sleep and hated watching T.V. so I painted, a lot! The paintings are based around fibro and how I was feeling at the time painting .Some sad and some nice. I ended up posting a photo of my painting on fibromates a private chat group and with certain people’s encouragement I carried on painting. I even sold a few so I hope you enjoy them and if anybodys interested in buying any them let me know or even if u want a painting done let me know
