What part of the day do you have the most energy?

  As I talk to more and more people with chronic illnesses fatigue is at the top of their list to why their chronic illness is debilitating. A lot of medications can cause this or the illness itself. Pain causes insomnia and when you don’t sleep right you have in a vicious cycle of pain and fatigue.
