I know this sounds crazy but your body and I had a little conversation last night over the phone and there are a few things your body wanted me to talk to you about. Your body told me that he/she has been trying to tell you for years with increased pain, fatigue, sickness, and mood swings that you are not treating him/her right or with respect but you still have not listened or changed and he/she is getting worn out.Your body feels neglected and feels bad that it does not have enough fuel or energy to let you have a full and productive life that you deserve. He/she said you have tried to do the right things many times but when you do not see change in a matter of a few days or weeks you give up and it takes longer then that for years of neglect and damage to heal. Your body told me he/she would really like you to make a lifestyle change forever! Continue reading
Welcome to the first installment of healing is a process not an event here at FibroTV.com. I hope you find this nonmainstream information beneficial during your journey to health and wellness. Please be advised I am not a doctor or medical professional and these posts are for educational purposes only. I am not here to replace any medical treatment or medical advise.
I am starting out this series with what might be the most important aspect of healing the body. Belief that you can heal the body! I bet you thought I was going to talk about food and exercise didn’t you? Ha ha! We will get to that later in another blog post 😉 Our beliefs can shape our reality literally. Now does this mean that if we just think we will get better we will get better? Of course not! As humans we have too many blocks and beliefs to heal instantaneously at this time. Let me explain where I am coming from.
When you were born you did not have any limited or defined belief systems. As you grew older you were programmed beliefs by your family, society, culture, and sometimes even religion. How does this coincide with illness and healing the body? Let me give you a experiential example of what I am talking about. I went to a doctor for several years when I was at my sickest like we all do. I was on a lot of medications and was getting worse and worse to the point I got up only to go to the bathroom, take a shower, and make some food once a day. I was basically bedridden 90% of the time. I had gained over 100 pounds and was developing heart disease and had developed type 2 diabetes. I would go to my doctor complaining about my deteriorating condition and she would always say. “Jennifer, you have a lifelong chronic illness. You are just going to have to learn to deal with it and live with it.” I am sure you have all heard this before or something similar if you have been to a medical doctor for your chronic illness and you accepted it to be the truth. Why not believe the doctor? He is the professional and we been told that doctors know best when it comes to our health. But do they in the West? Or are they making us the sickest population in the world?
